Harvest Glow: An Equinox Cleanse & Ceremony

Reset, Release, Radiate This Fall

The fall equinox marks the golden hour of the year, a moment of perfect balance between light and dark, movement and stillness, reflection and renewal. As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, attune to this season of abundance and release.

Join Chantal Russell at Riverhouse for an immersive experience blending ceremony, yoga, Ayurveda, and radiance rituals to help you align with autumn’s natural rhythms. Through grounding movement, breathwork, and gentle cleansing practices, we’ll explore:

  • Rituals to release old patterns and rejuvenate your body, mind, and heart

  • Learn simple daily habits to nurture digestion, immunity, and vitality

  • A self-guided seasonal 5 day Ayurvedic cleanse to nurture your energy, digestion, and overall wellbeing

Leave feeling inspired, equipped with practical tips and radiant self-care rituals for the fall.
